Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc.

Established in 1962, Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. provides telecommunications services to over 7,000 rural and remote customers in southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico. VTC headquarters are located in Willcox, AZ with remote offices in Animas, NM; Clifton, AZ; and Safford, AZ.

How a Cooperative Benefits You

As a Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. customer, you become a member, which entitles you to voting rights at VTC's annual meeting and accrual of ownership interest in the form of patronage capital. VTC is a non-profit company, therefore, a portion of profits made are paid back to the members/owners in the form of capital credits.

What We Do

Since1962, Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. has built high quality communications networks and delivers quality service to over 20 rural communities. Valley Telephone offers an array of services including landline telephone, High-Speed Internet and business systems. Valley also continues to work on extensive network projects and utilizes state-of-the-art technology to deliver only the best service to our customers.

Annually, we sponsor many educational activities and community events to show our appreciation and support for those we serve.

About Copper Valley Telephone

The Copper Valley Exchange was purchased from US West on April 15, 1995 and is headquartered in the heart of the mining territory in Clifton, Arizona. CVT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and boasts approximately 4,500 access lines.

Copper Valley Telephone continues to develop and work on extensive network projects in all their service areas -- York, Duncan, Clifton, Morenci, Virden, McNeal, and Elfrida.
