Patagonia - Town of Patagonia

This area runs along Taylor east to west from Emily to Costello and north to south from Patagonia Hills to Franklin. Boundaries are defined by the boundaries of the Town of Patagonia.

Construction in progress.
Valley has taken over the project, and started scheduling cutovers the end of July. As of 09/15/25, all service orders have been processed in-house for construction.

Columbus - Village of Columbus

This area covers the Village of Columbus NM. (incl. City of the Sun), east to west from Hemley to Pajaro and north to south from Transfer to below Ross.

Construction in progress.

Testing was completed in the CO serving area and we started cutovers the week of 08/04/2025. New contractors have taken over pending 60 drops.

This area covers north of the Village of Columbus, east and west from State Rt 11 from Sur Luna on the north to below McCall on the south.

This area to the west of the Florida Mts. runs north to south from B013 to below Bond and east to west from NM St. Rt 11 to Hondurus.

This area covers the greater Animas NM area running East along State Route 9 from SR80 to SR113 and South on C001 from Cotton City to C036/C037.

Reliance has been onsite and gathered data for permitting and canal crossings. They are in the process of Engineering and design. We received approval from Graham County Electric for the joint use application & permitting. waiting on the estimate before moving forward with finalizing quotes as part of BID process.
