| Deposits and Payments - A deposit of $200.00 per person will reserve your tour. Full payment is due at least 60 days prior to tour. | |
| Refunds - If you cancel your tour arrangements 60 days or more before tour date, you will receive full refund. After that date, a $100.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged plus any additional expenses which cannot be recovered. No refund will be given once the tour begins. | |
| Tour Cancellation - We do not like to cancel tours. However, in the event that a tour must be cancelled due to insufficient participation, or other circumstances, our total obligation will be to refund all monies paid to us. | |
