BIG Changes Coming to Our Billing System!

Starting mid-January 2019, you will notice a change to the look of your monthly bill. Our new billing system will provide a statement that is visually more appealing and easier to read. The improvements will also easily allow for growth and changes as our services and your needs continue to evolve.

If you have used our current Auto-Pay and/or one-time bill pay feature, you must re-register for an Online Bill Pay account and set up your preferred payment method on our new system once it becomes available beginning January 14, 2019.

The one-time payment feature will be unavailable January 2, 2019 through January 14, 2019. In addition, current Auto-Pay accounts will be deactivated January 7, 2019. Please click on the above "Bill Pay" link to register your new account beginning January 14, 2019. Please watch your mail for a letter from Valley with more information.
